Algo Pilot is operated by Nick Motzkus in Salt Lake City, Utah. Contact: nickairus@gmail.com.
These terms cover this website, the Algo Pilot SMS program for opted-in business owners and managers, and (when we sign the work) the agent-team install service described on the homepage.
The service
Algo Pilot installs AI agent teams for owner-run businesses. A front-door chief agent, lead agents with boards, approval gates on send / spend / sign / delete, and a weekday morning brief. You stay the boss. Nothing gets sent, spent, or signed without your yes.
Pricing: $1,997 one-time install (we build the agent team with structure and organization: chief, leads, boards, morning list, approval gates), then $50/month on-call support. You pay your own tool subscriptions directly, so you own the accounts and the costs are transparent. Nick gets delegated access and does not resell seats.
A free demo / ops walkthrough is a fit check. It is not an engagement until both sides agree in writing.
Who Algo Pilot texts on this campaign
The Algo Pilot number texts business owners and managers who opted in on a public form about scheduling and follow-up on their inquiry. This campaign does not text a client's customers, patients, borrowers, or subs. Any client messaging for a hired engagement uses that client's brand and registered number, under that client's authorization.
SMS terms
- Opt-in is the unchecked checkbox on https://algo-pilot.ai/sms.html, https://algo-pilot.ai/contact.html, and the homepage form. You must check the box to receive SMS. Sending the form is not consent. There is no "by submitting you agree" substitute.
- Message frequency varies. A typical thread is a few messages to schedule a demo, a reminder, and a short wrap-up.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Opt-out is processed. You will not be argued with.
- Reply HELP for help. Help points you to this site and nickairus@gmail.com.
- Consent copy, sample messages, and the live form are on https://algo-pilot.ai/sms.html. Reviewer notes are on https://algo-pilot.ai/sms-consent-evidence.html.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing. Read the Privacy Policy.
Site use
Do not misuse this site, scrape it for lists, or submit other people's numbers as if they were yours. You confirm the mobile number you enter is yours, or that you are authorized to use it.
No guarantees
Algo Pilot does not guarantee a production dollar number, a bid win rate, or a schedule outcome. Results depend on how you clear approvals and how your team uses the setup.
