Algo Pilot is operated by Nick Motzkus in Salt Lake City, Utah. Contact: nickairus@gmail.com.
This policy covers this website and the Algo Pilot SMS program that texts business owners and managers who opted in. It does not describe a client's own messaging to their customers or subs. Client texting for a hired engagement, if any, runs under that client's brand and registration.
Who we text
Algo Pilot texts business owners and managers who opted in on a public form about scheduling and follow-up on their inquiry. Algo Pilot does not text a client's customers, patients, borrowers, or subs on its own behalf; any texting an agent does for a client runs under that client's own consent and number.
Information we collect
We don't collect or text health information.
- Information you type on a form: full name, company name, role, mobile number, email, optional note, and whether you checked the SMS box.
- Technical data the host may log (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site up.
- If you hire the service, operational records needed to install and tune your agent team (under a written agreement). That work is separate from this website's SMS campaign.
SMS opt-in data
SMS consent is collected only when you check the box next to the consent copy on https://algo-pilot.ai/sms.html, https://algo-pilot.ai/contact.html, or the homepage form. The box is unchecked by default. Sending the form is not consent.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing.
We may use vendors who process data on our behalf to deliver the service you asked for (for example a form inbox, email, web host, or the texting platform that carries a message you opted into). Those vendors are not given your number to market their own products.
How we use information
- To set a demo you requested.
- To send SMS only if you checked the box.
- To answer HELP, honor STOP, and keep a record of consent and opt-out.
- To operate a hired engagement, if we sign that work, under your authorization.
STOP, HELP, and your choices
Reply STOP to opt out of Algo Pilot SMS. Reply HELP for help. You can also email nickairus@gmail.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we no longer need to keep for legal or consent records.
Retention
We keep opt-in and opt-out records as long as needed to show consent and to honor a STOP. We do not keep a mobile number on an active texting list after you opt out.
Children
This site is for business owners and managers. It is not directed at children.
