SMS consent evidence

Program

Brand: Algo Pilot. Operator: Nick Motzkus, Salt Lake City, Utah. Contact: nickairus@gmail.com.

Use case: conversational SMS to business owners and managers who requested a demo and opted in, about scheduling and follow-up on their inquiry. This campaign does not text a client's customers, patients, borrowers, or subs. Algo Pilot does not text a client's customers, patients, borrowers, or subs on its own behalf; any texting an agent does for a client runs under that client's own consent and number. No rented lists. No login is required to view the form or the policies.

Opt-in method

Webform with an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The box must be checked for texts. Sending the form with it unchecked is a demo request only. If the box is left unchecked, the form submits as a demo request only and is not treated as SMS consent. There is no "by submitting you agree" substitute for the checkbox.
